Lindie Motswaeng, a 27-year-old graduate of Mathematics and Economics from the University of Botswana, one of Africa’s leading institutions, is a driven individual currently pursuing an Executive Secretary Financial qualification from Boston City Campus in Pretoria.
As an aspiring economist, Lindie is passionate about driving the economic empowerment of women, particularly those experiencing abuse. She believes that a platform like Miss Africa can serve as a powerful vehicle for this mission. Recognizing the importance of collaboration, she emphasizes the need to partner with organizations specializing in women’s economic relief, such as Emang Basadi and EntreprenHER, among others.
This project is not merely a personal mission but a collective endeavor to uplift women within her community and beyond. Lindie envisions a future where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and break free from the cycles that limit their potential. As she steps into this role, she embraces the Queen’s responsibility to serve and inspire those around her.
