MISS AFRICA BEGINS 2019 SEASON AUDITIONS

Miss Africa Organization tours Bangkok Thailand, says all is set for 2019 auditions

The Miss Africa organization as a way to end registrations for the year 2019 recently went on a tour of Bangkok, Thailand with reigning Miss Africa Queen Dorcas Kasinde, Miss Africa Zambia 2018, Gladys Kayumba, 3rd runner up and Miss Africa Ghana 2018, Dela Seade, who came top 5 in Miss Africa 2018 grand finale and other members of the team sponsored by the Cross River State Governor,Senator Prof. Ben Ayade.

The Queens were also scheduled to showcase their respective countries in the opening ceremony of Colors of Africa, a showcase of Africa to the world that held at Central World Mall in Bangkok, and also had other African countries in attendance.

After various tours to the King’s palace and other memorable locations across Bangkok city the Queens returned to their various countries to continue spreading the word on Miss Africa 2019 registration that ended on 30th September 2019. It is also worthy of note that Miss Africa has one of the biggest prizes in Africa with 50,000 USD in cash prizes and a brand new car up for grabs.

The Miss Africa pageant holds every 27th of December, eve to Africa’s biggest street party, Carnival Calabar that takes place during the 30 day Christmas festival in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria with this year’s theme ‘Humanity’

One of the biggest twists in 2019 auditions is for the first time Miss Africa Kenya and all Africa audition (Somalia, South Sudan, Eritrea, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Burundi, Malawi, Rwanda ) will hold in East Africa in the beautiful city of Nairobi, Kenya.

FINAL VIDEO AUDITION

Friday 18th – Monday 21st   October.

LAGOS AUDITION

Thursday 24th October.

ABUJA AUDITION

Saturday 26th October.

CALABAR AUDITION

Wednesday 30th October

Voting will commence for 24 hrs on the last day of the Nigerian auditions for the final 6 contestants.
